We take pride in our products & customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gray & Bay Horse Co. Eligible items* in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
*Unless otherwise specified & noted with ALL SALES ARE FINAL/ FINAL SALE ie - Last Chance items, Black Friday Sale, Boxing Day, items on Sale, any promos, Giveaway wins/prizes, etc.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs relating to returns/refunds. These costs are non-refundable.

Please note we do not do exchanges. Should your items qualify for a return (please refer to above*), you can return your item(s) which will then be refunded (we do not refund shipping costs) and you can then process another order.
