As you are likely aware, The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced a national strike that started on November 15, 2024. As a result of the strike, Canada Post’s operations have been shut down nationwide, affecting millions of Canadians across the country. We understand the strike has created challenges for both shoppers & small businesses, and we empathize with the impact this has on your experience, whether you're shopping personally or for your holiday purchases. This is certainly not an ideal situation for you, our community, and we share in the frustration many of you are feeling.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been exploring all solutions to minimize the disruption in anticipation of a potential strike, particularly for those of you in rural areas where Canada Post may be the sole delivery service. While we cannot predict when the strike will end, we want to reassure you that we will do everything we can to get your orders shipped out timely and operations will continue. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is filled out correctly, including all details where applicable ie - phone number, buzzer code, etc. Please note that alternative carriers have also been impacted, resulting in larger influx of shipments and orders to deliver.
